About the Role
Paid role. The rate is negotiable with our Producer.
This role will require zoom meetings in pre production to plan with the art department and on set collaboration. Our main SFX will be regarding gore and body disfiguration. Therefore, experience in creating and working with fake skin, and blood is mandatory.
Requirements
Prior experience as a SFX makeup artist on a different set
Experience with sculpting and molding for shaping custom prosthetics
Experience with material application and blending onto the skin
Familiar and comfortable working closely with the art department
Creative troubleshooting skills
About the Company
Repent For The Living's team is consisted of key members based in BC's lower mainland. We are independent filmmakers all with many hours of on set and pre/post production experience. We strive to run our set professionally along with the flexibility and understanding of other's schedules.
