About the Role
Volunteer role. Crafty and credits offered to all of our volunteers.
This role will require on set collaboration and close communication with the camera department. The 1st AC will help the camera operator with gear and pull focus. Supervising the camera and the 2nd AC will also be expected for tasks to flow smoothly along the chain of command.
Other specific tasks may be given by the DOP.
Requirements
Prior experience as a 1st AC on a different set
Excellent understanding of the assembly and use of modern cameras, with clean and efficient equipment prep
Good communication with the camera department
Clean focus pulling and familiarity with wireless monitors and wireless follow focus units
Understanding of setting up the 1st AC kit and watching over the camera
Clear and sharp eyesight
